About this property

We are located in the heart of Riviera Maya; between Cancun (20 minutes) and Playa Del Carmen (20 minutes)! This spacious, modern house was completed in February 2022. The house is surrounded by nature (no neighbors yet!); large windows will make you feel immersed in the jungle and you will love the occasional monkey sightings! The space
Large, airy home spread out on 4 floors. Living room, kitchen, half bathroom and laundry on ground floor with bedrooms on second floor. Third and fourth floor offer scenic terraces for you to enjoy.

Guest access
You will have the whole house to yourself. There is a fourth bedroom on the third floor, however it will remain unoccupied and locked as we use it for storage.

Other things to note
The house is located in a gated community on the ocean side of the Carretera Federal Cancun - Playa Del Carmen; between Puerto Morelos and Cancun. We are in one of four gated communities along the highway.
