16-foot ceilings, abundant natural light, open industrial layout. Set up the tournament bracket, watch every match, and gather the whole group. There's nothing else like it in Houston.
Note: The barn has a metal roof — rain sounds more noticeable. Many guests love the ambiance; light sleepers may want earplugs.

Neighborhood & Peace of Mind We love our quiet residential community and know you will too. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please observe our quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no outdoor music or pool use during this time).

Pool Safety Your safety is our top priority!
Swim at your own risk: No lifeguard is on duty.
Children: Guests under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Safety Fence: Please keep the safety fence latched when the pool is not in use.
Glass: For safety, please use plastic cups (provided!) on the pool deck.
Pets: We love furry friends, but they are not allowed inside the pool.

Pet Policy We welcome approved pets! ($75 per stay). Please help us keep the property pristine by cleaning up after your pet. (An additional cleaning fee applies if pet waste is left behind).

Your health and safety is our top priority. We perform an enhanced deep cleaning process between every reservation, with special attention to frequently touched surfaces.

Check-out: On or before 10:00 AM

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out We try to accommodate flexible schedules whenever our cleaning team allows! Please message us 24 hours in advance to check availability. Fees may apply for guaranteed early access to cover adjusted cleaning shifts.

1 hour early (3 PM): $75
2 hours early (2 PM): $150
3+ hours early (1 PM or earlier): Full nightly rate

Late Check-Out Options (if available)
If you’d like extra time on departure day:

1 hour late: $100
2 hours late: $200
3+ hours late: Full nightly rate (since it blocks the next guest’s check-in)

These fees help cover adjusted cleaning routes and any added labor, ensuring the home is fully prepared for your stay.

Just message us with one day of notice of you arrival or departure,, and we’ll check with the cleaning team as soon as they’re on site.
