The Village is a gated community with 24hr security guard, elegant Club House with Party Room, theatre, 2 resort style heated pools, whirlpool, state-of-the-art gym, two tennis courts, covered parking/garages, etc. The condo unit has vestibule, living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom, walk-in closet, large bathroom with shower, and covered terrace. The apartment is clean and well-maintained and looks exactly like the pictures. The surroundings are beautiful, the building, pool and grounds are very well kept. We really loved our stay here. You have an easy access to your parking place. You can easily access also to everything necessary for a great vacation, like Airport, Malls, Publix, ... The owner is very nice and easy to deal with. I recommend this property to all my brazilians friends.

beautiful romantic getaway

The description at VRBO is accurate regarding everything about the property. We spent already four holidays there, the condo was always clean and well maintained. It has a well equipped nice kitchen. Everything looks like you see it on the pictures. We are always glad to arrive at the beautiful estate, to see and use the main pool and see the fantastic view from clubhouse. The condo has a nice garden view, too. You have an easy access to your parking place. You can easily arrive attractions, like the beaches, theatres, Aventura Mall, Las Olas in Ft Lauderdale and airport FLL. It is near to Freshmarket or Publix in nice Loehmann Plaza. I recommend this property to all my friends.

Simply superb!

Peace, Comfort and tranquility

We stayed in this apartment for 20 days and everything was perfect! very nice condo, the condo have a helpful and polite staff, 2 great pools, with a good view, full gym, a well-located parking space. The apartment was, perhaps, the most complete we were compared with those that we rented in Europe. The Owner was very quick to respond and met all our expectations. About for the location, Aventura FL , it is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, close to beaches, track for walking and running, shopping malls, airports and also near Miami. good choice !! very cool !!

Excellent Stay!

We are a family of 4 that stayed here for 21 days. Superb and well maintained condo in a very nice, safe and secure village. We really enjoyed our stay with easy access to the parking, tennis and pool facilities. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. We won't hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

Very Pleasant Community

Our stay at this condo was very pleasant. The pictures reflect what you will find, a safe, gated community with a beautifully situated pool and hot tub overlooking the bay. It was quiet and the residents in this community were very friendly. The condo is well equipped and in walking distance to the giant Aventura Mall as well as other necessary shopping. The condo is not in walking distance to the beach but the pool made up for it. The only thing not suited for us was the queen size mattress. Being used to a firm bed, we found it very difficult to be comfortable on the very soft mattress and one of us ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. If you like a soft bed and a gated community in walking distance to shopping, I would definitely recommend this condo. In addition, the owner always responded immediately to any questions or needs and was very helpful sharing insights into the area's attractions.

Beautiful Location

Village by the Bay is a beautiful place with a gorgeous back drop of the bay. My family and I enjoyed our stay at your cozy condo. My teenage son enjoyed the pool and gym immensely. Village by the Bay is a safe community with outstanding Security. Everything is very close to the location. Aventura Mall, shops, restaurants, theater, super market and even a hospital. Loved it there and hope to visit again in the future. Tad , thank you for your pleasant conversations and emails and again thanks for allowing us to stay at your condo. We had a GREAT time.

14 days getaway with 2 kids.

The apartment is great, close to Aventura mall and the beach. Has all the amenities needed( washer, dryer, dishwasher and internet access) Property is clean and well kept. Needs more towels. I would certainly recommend it to friends and family. We will be back for sure.

Très belles vacances!

Beau condo, bien situé ; près des grandes voies d'accès, des épiceries, des pharmacies et à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage. Ce site est très sécuritaire et très bien entretenu. La piscine chauffée et le spa sont très propres et la vue donnant sur la baie est magnifique. Le condo est bien équipé et impeccable. De vraies vacances! Il est très facile de faire affaire avec le propriétaire ainsi qu'avec le concierge qui nous attend sur les lieux. N'hésitez pas!
