You'll be conveniently located near the Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Shopping Center, Aloha Tower & Diamond Head as well. The property features multiple food and beverage offerings, relaxation with two sprawling swimming pools and a full-service spa.

Ideal for travelers on the go, max out each day’s potential with shopping, landmark-hopping, adventuring & relaxing at the beachside or at one of The Modern’s pools. Views will vary between Waikiki & The Modern’s resort grounds. The Modern is a hotel that is being converted into a timeshare property. During this time, the hotel rooms will not have kitchens or kitchenettes. Available by request only: kettle, microwave, international adapter (deposit required for this item) and yoga mat.

Guest will have access to the resort pool, hot tub, restaurant & bar, fitness center (age restrictions apply) and spa (fee's apply).

The Waikiki neighborhood is its center for dining, nightlife and shopping, famed for its iconic crescent beach backed by palms and high-rise hotels, with volcanic Diamond Head crater looming in the distance. Sites relating to the World War II attack on Pearl Harbor include the USS Arizona Memorial.

You will need a vehicle to get to area attractions, hiking, biking, golf, shopping and dining.

Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit & resort fee - fee includes guest internet access, parking, board games & usage of resort recreation / sporting facilities.

There is a General Excise Tax and state-imposed Transient Occupancy Tax which will be collected upon check-in.

Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will ask for this information at check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. *Credit card fee's are non- refundable

This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.

General Terms:

Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.
Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State.
The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.
The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.
Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.
Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
Guests must be 21 or older to check in. The reservation name must match the Government issued photo ID presented to the front desk agent. A major credit card will be needed for incidental deposit.
