The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, sportsmen, and nature lovers in any season. Conveniently located on the Paul Bunyan Trail (Bike/Snowmobile), just minutes away from Lake Bemidji State Park, Paul Bunyan & Babe the Blue Ox, the Headwaters of the Mississippi River, and much more!

If you used the pontoon boat, please leave the keys on the kitchen counter.
Please ensure the city garbage can by the garage is wheeled out by the road.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No RV’s or campers on the premises.
Be respectful of the neighborhood and property. No more than 5 vehicles parked at one time. Quiet time after 11 pm.
