Pictures are accurate. We used this home as a base for possible relocation. Easy walk to pubs ect. Only negative was the 4:00 check in. Requested to check in around 3:00 but it would have been an added 50.00 fee. Guess we’ve been lucky to have 3:00 check in at other VRBO.

Thank you for your review—we’re glad the home and location met your expectations. We appreciate your feedback on check-in time. Our 4:00 PM check-in allows us to ensure the home is fully prepared, and early check-in may be available for a fee when possible. Hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
The property location was ideal for my needs. It is conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and the property was quiet & clean. The house interior was well maintained and stocked with the proper supplies. Online description & interior pictures were representative of the actual property.I look forward to my next stay.
Good accommodations. Lexington SC area is nice with good restaurants nearby. Only issue we had was with the clothes dryer. I recommend the property and the communication with the host was excellent.
Ideal location.Kitchen has the basic items. It would have been helpful if there was more than 1 dish towel. Bedroom were nice and the mattress suited my preference.House has the basic items, though nothing to give it a homey feel like a blanket, board games or a deck of cards. And the paper products are commercial grade.Deck & deck furniture is in sad shape.Quiet, peaceful and safe feeling area.
This home was conveniently located for visiting our family and also close to many great restaurants and shopping. The home was clean and comfortable. The property manager was friendly and extremely helpful when we had a hot water issue. The problem was taken care of quickly. We would stay here again!
We had several issues at the house including it wasn't clean when we arrived. The "Host' rectified the matter each time after we sent pictures. No action would be taken without pictures. Found it unbelievable and finally laughable.
Property suited our needs for a two day stay. There are several deferred maintenance issues with the property: the gutters that caused a leak around the french doors when it rained. The carpet was in rough shape, the bathroom flooring could be improved. The vanity height was extremely low. Some of the furniture was old and could be in better shape. The faucet was not installed correctly and when the cold or hot water was turned on the whole faucet moved. The gate in the back yard would not latch correctly and moved a lot with the wind. There were limited items in the kitchen.
This appears to be a property managed by a Property Management company.Location was ideal for our needs. Property was clean and the mattresses were in good shape.Outside property condition, gutters & back/side deck are in need of attention. This was the 3rd occasion that we have stayed at this location & the large clock on the wall in the main area was broken on the 1st stay in August & had not been replaced by our 3rd visit in October. It's a bit of an eyesore. If you are going to have a clock on the wall, at least let it be functional. Also, on the 1st & 3rd stay, the fitted sheet on the main bed contained knotted worn fabric balls. Fortunately, we brought a fitted sheet that we purchased on our 1st stay. The weather turned chilly during the 3rd stay & not finding blankets available in the house, we contacted the company to request blankets. We were asked to describe a blanket. Ended up borrowing some from family in the area.We can really tell a difference when renting from an owner vs a property management company. The simple homey things an owner may provide, like a blanket, are not available and the property upkeep is a bit lacking. Weeds growing out of the gutters and torn and worn deck furniture. Rotting deck boards. Back yard is lovely and well maintained.
We stayed here and commuted to Augusta. Charming home. Clean, cozy - 4 of us slept comfortably with lots of room to sit/lounge. There were a few choices in the area to eat, but with us being there during Easter, some restaurants were understandably closed to observe the holiday. No issues with the home but I would recommend, the management Company should review and beef up kitchen inventory. The home sleeps 6, but there was only enough glasses and coffee mugs for 4 and only 1 dish towel. There is a working dish washer - but we did not use it. You may need new cushions on the outside furniture, as well - ???. We were fine with it and enjoyed sitting outside one night with a glass of wine, but other guests may not think that way as it was dirty and we needed to clean it up a bit. Overall, would love to be back and stay at this or other properties. Thank you!!!
Wasn’t so bad, but first hour we got there the a/c was not turned on. Didn’t think anything of it, waited went to dinner came back still not working. 80 degrees the entire time and would not fix it or accomadate to another vrbo, we had three small kids. Basically told us sorry it’s hot suck it up. Refused to refund the money so we could go somewhere else. Would not recommend, and then when we called our bank to request the money back because we felt we never even stayed at the house because it was so hot , the tried to say we need to pay a cleaning fee or some damage. No thanks that’s bad business won’t be making the mistake of using vrbo again. Terrible
