Boardwalk Resort and Villas is ideally located in the heart of Virginia Beach`s lively tourist district, in the center of its famous boardwalk. Spend a day exploring the three miles of shops and restaurants along the boardwalk, or relaxing beachside. The resort features an ocean view fitness center, on-site restaurant, heated indoor pool and hot tub, laundry facilities and a private parking garage.



Great city views at this property. The one bedroom has a full kitchen, dining area and a sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The location is great, right on Virginia Beach and right in the center of the boardwalk. Close to other area shopping, theme parks and all sorts of activities.

Guests will have access to the bar/cocktail lounge, restaurant and poolside par (hours of operation available at the resort) You will also have access to the business center, beach/boardwalk access area, fitness center (age restrictions apply), vending machines and indoor heated pool & hot tub.



Adjacent to 17th Street Park on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, this relaxed, oceanfront hotel is a 2-minute walk from Atlantic Fun Park and 1.9 miles from the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center.



Free Parking, will need car to get to some attractions. Very walkable area with restaurants, shops and fun all along the boardwalk!



Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.



Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort`s front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. *Credit card fee`s are non- refundable

This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.

Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.

Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State.

The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.

The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.

Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.

Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
