Beautiful place, terrible service.
The room service was great, the employees were great other than the front desk. Really unhelpful. For instance, 3 occasions we walked through the parking garage and catch employees smoking weed in the dumpster area, we report it and they say we will take care of it. After it was “taken care of” we caught the same situation twice more and then later that night in the room we caught a huge whiff of weed smoke coming through the vents and realized there were a bunch of employees moving stuff around in the room above us. Over all if I were rating the room itself and the cleanliness I’d love to give 5 stars, but when your kids get introduced to drugs 4 times in a matter of 2 days it’s a little rediculous, especially when it was reported each time. To get told “it’s their break room”
