I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Ronalds listing the home was absolutely breathtaking. It was everything I was looking for. It felt so cozy and clean it overall was just a very refreshing stay and I would hundred percent book again this place was excellent. It had everything I needed it had showers tubs plenty of lighting plenty of mirrors. It was perfect.

BEWARE

Firstly, we experienced a power outage that lasted for the first three hours of our stay. This lack of electricity rendered several amenities and appliances in the property non-functional. The top floor bedroom television was non-operational during our entire stay. This limited our entertainment options and the ability to relax. The balcony on the top floor had loose boards (a safety concern) and it was overgrown with vegetation, which created an unsightly appearance and attracted pests. In the top bathrooms, we found fallen bath accessories, stains on the mirror and window ledge, and a nonfunctioning light bulb. On the middle floor, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom had fallen off the wall, indicating a lack of maintenance. Both bathrooms on the first floor had light bulbs that were out, further contributing to a lack of adequate lighting. The kitchen sink faucet was not functioning, limiting our ability to prepare meals and drinks. We noted the lack of working fire detectors throughout the house, which is a safety concern. The property also had an infestation of ants, which was bothersome and unhygienic. Given the significant issues we encountered, we were deeply disappointed with our stay. If we had not already had tickets for another event, we would have been forced to leave the premises. We strongly recommend that the owner address these issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests. Failure to do so may result in potential legal repercussions.

Ronald was easy to communicate with throughout our stay and was responsive in trying to address the issues we encountered, despite not being in town.Unfortunately, the property itself did not meet our expectations. It appears that routine maintenance and housekeeping items have fallen behind. We found smoke detectors removed and sitting on the kitchen counter due to low batteries, overgrown plants on one balcony, a wasp nest on another, dirty refrigerator shelves, dirty linens stored in a closet, an extra mattress in the master closet, and noticeable dust and dirt buildup in corners and along baseboards, particularly in the downstairs bedroom. In addition, the Wi-Fi service was unreliable and very slow, which also prevented the television from functioning properly.We also found that there were not enough towels available for our stay, which required us to make an unexpected trip to Target to purchase additional towels. Ronald promptly reimbursed us for those expenses, which we appreciated, but it was still an inconvenience that could likely be avoided with better turnover and inventory checks between guests.Overall, the home has a lot of potential, but it would benefit from a thorough deep cleaning and some basic maintenance to restore it to the condition that the listing and photos suggest. With some attention to these items, I believe future guests would have a much better experience.

Beautiful property. Near downtown. Immediate surroundings appear to be in the midst of development but anything you need is nearby. View from top floor is Beautiful! Especially at night. Lots of steps, so be prepared. Natural light inside was so Beautiful, we decided to do a photo session. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.
