Each rental is fully private with easy keyless entry. This rental shares walls with our private studio rental with separate entrance on opposite side of house. If you want to rent the entire house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, please send us a message so we can check the rates and availability.

We are an active family of 4. Our kids are 6 and 8 years old. We are pleased to provide outstanding accommodations to our guests traveling from around the world! We offer clean, safe, cozy spaces - Fantastic for families, couples and traveling professionals.

We encourage our guests to have a wonderful time while keeping normal noise levels and respecting neighbors and other renters traveling with their families. Downtown noise and nightlife becomes more noticeable in Spring and Summer - as this is a popular college/tourist town!

If used; please return the parking pass and the bike lock keys. (Parking pass replacement fee is $95.00) 🙏
If used, we appreciate when families help wipe down the highchair, stroller and pack and play crib so that any sticky food or stains are wiped clean. 🤩
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We enjoy traveling, boating, the beach, lake life, and spending time with family and friends!

Santa Cruz is our home town! This is our family property - Located downtown and a short walk to Beach/Boardwalk. Raising our kiddos here where we were raised is a huge blessing!
