RED ROCKS AMPHITHEATER - 25 minutes away!!
Our WELL drinking water was rated one of the best quality!!
Our HOT TUB had never experienced any chemicals, since we use a sea salt converter and are trying to have everything arranged as natural and organic, as possible!
Famous Maxwell falls trail starts in our backyard-miles and miles of very popular hiking trail, that is suitable for all ages and amongst many hikers, rock climbers, campers and is a must, for those wanting to explore. Evergreen Lake is 12 minutes away, as well as downtown Conifer, Denver 35 minutes...With all the ski spots being 1 hour-1.5 hours away, such as Winter Park, Loveland Ski Area, Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, A Basin, Ski Cooper and Eldora Ski Area...and being only 30 minutes away from an old western town and Colorado gambling and casino mecca (Central City and Black Hawk), you can't beat the location. We invite You to treat Yourselves with a visit to it and come, see, everything it offers and we guarantee You'll be back again and again!
Conifer...
Is a cute little mountain town, with a lot of action! There is quite a few local restaurants, bars, stores, dispensaries...and the best part of it is, we keep it within the community and mostly everything is locally sourced. The locals are genuine and welcoming! Everything smells like evergreen trees and fresh air, combined with smoke from neighbor's chimneys and winter lights all around. It feels like Christmas, all the way through March. The town, overall is very charming. Many locals that were born and raised, never left and still live here...That fact says it all...There is nothing not to love around and about here!
Evergreen...
12 minute drive to the town. and bunch to see and do. Evergreen lake is tourist and locals favorite spot, both, in the summer and winter. Many activities, such are ice fishing, ice skating, hockey, paddle boarding, kayaking...Several golf courses, many cool local restaurants serving grass fed burgers, local craft beers, local winaries, farmer's markets, fairs, yoga in the park, coffee shops...days and days of exploring the town!
Waking up...
To these spectacular million $$$ views, enjoying your morning coffee outside or inside, where the views are amazing from mostly every window in the house, while enjoying the silence and clean air, along someone you love, while listening to wood burning and pucking in the background is a movie scene feel and enjoyment.
Truly, this house is a blessing to us and we hope you will feel the same, while staying here! We, eventually, will be back, living here full time, since, we don't think, nor have seen, a place so far, that can beat, everything that this house is!
Enjoy, relax, meditate, work out, cook, watch movies, sleep, be awake, run around, throw BBQ, invite friends, dance, play the guitar, play the board games, feed the deer, rabbits, chipmunks, foxes... walk the neighborhood, meet the locals, drink strong craft Colorado beer, watch the sunset, watch the sunrise, try out all the restaurants and bars, build a snowman, throw a snowball fight, lay by the fireplace...do it all, before we come back and steal it for ourselves again.
The Hot and Cold...
The house can be heated on gas, electricity and the fire place, of course! The gas thermostat is set to 70 F being the max you can put it on. The lowest it goes, is 63 F. If you are still cold, feel free to turn the electric baseboard heaters on, by turning the knob on the heater by the living room window. It should bring up all the heaters in the house.
Cell phone service...
You must be aware that you are in the middle of the woods, where your neighbors are wild animals, that don't use internet or cell phones, so the phone service will probably be spotty, but the wifi is great! Always make sure the wifi calling is on - not only around the house, but in Colorado in general. You are in the ski country, surrounded by woods, mountains, hills and beauty!
Be bear aware!!
Do everything you can, to keep the bears off the property and always be aware. While we don't like them being around, they don't like us building houses in their neighborhood , so they may show up every once in a while, to check what's going on. They tend to go through trash, so, please make sure the trash cans are closed and secured and be extra cautious and careful! We advise to always have bear spray on you, just to play it safe.
Although this message may be too long, we just wanted to introduce you as much as we could, to our home and surroundings, to spare you having to ask questions and simply enjoy as long as you can, as soon as You open that door...
SERVICES...

Absolutely amazing view to say the least. The kitchen was actually well stocked with quality pots, pans, and knives, which is often not always the case. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a remote retreat with an amazing sunrise or sunset.
The house is beautiful and overlooks the mountains. Secluded and not far from trails, shopping, and restaurants. We so enjoyed our visit and will be returning next time we visit the Denver area!
This property is so beautiful and peaceful. We had a great time seeing wildlife and admiring the wildflowers and natural plants growing everywhere! Daisy’s and Thistles and delicate ferns on the ground. The house does not disappoint - it is so cute and well cared for!
We absolutely loved this property! Everything was wonderful! The views were amazing, the house itself was super cozy from the outside amenities to the fully stocked kitchen ( best I’ve ever seen and we have stayed at many properties) to the cozy fireplace indoors! Monika was amazing to chat with and made our stay very comfortable! Very central to all the activities we enjoyed, Red Rocks, Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs etc. just around the corner was a sweet lady selling homemade sourdough check out Lila’s Loaves! Conifer had some local shopping that was nice too! It was the perfect getaway for us! We will definitely be back!
This home is an amazing place! It is one of the best homes we’ve stayed in! Here’s what we loved about it: immediately you feel at home and comfortable; it is ultra clean which is so rare to find; there are a lot of little comforts the host has put a lot of thought into; great beds; hot water; beautiful views; and quiet; close to hiking and town. Just perfect!

Thank You so much Jill!
You were amazing guests and thank You for leaving the house extra clean and neat.
I hope You'll be back ❤️
We had an amazing stay at Rabbit Hole, with its fantastic views, clean air and peaceful quiet. It feels remote, but grocery stores and great restaurants are within a few miles. Excellent hiking trails practically out the back door. We found it to be a great home base for trips to Denver, Golden, Red Rocks and Garden of the Gods. Inside is very comfortable with everything you need for any length of stay. Comfortable bedding, hot showers, perfectly working appliances and like new dishes, cutlery and cookware. Easy communication with the host. We highly recommend this home!
Amazing place in the mountains but close enough to activites
mini vacation without the resort/hotel hustle. We hiked red rocks, saw a concert there, hiked 3 sisters trail one morning, 10 mins away from great grocery stores if you want to cook, this place has everything you need.
Also you can pack light, washer/dryer with all supplies included. Evergreen, CO has great places to eat. Went to Golden one night for dinner and Littleton. Its not that far from great places but far enough out for a completely peaceful hiking trip. Will stay again.

Thank You Scott!
You were great guests! I look forward to Your next visit to Rabbit Hole 😃
I wish we could give this host 10 stars instead of only five! Always responded immediately, very attentive to our needs and requests in a personal, charming way. Delightful to work with! It was obvious that our vacation experience was everything the host wanted it to be for us. We hope to return in the winter sometime to experience how beautiful this setting would be in the snow. We loved the balconies, the well-appointed kitchen, the comfortable beds, and even the guitar! So close to great hiking and the breathtaking scenery is every direction you look. Such a memorable trip!! We miss it already.

Christy, thank You so much!!
You guys are the guests hosts wish for and I hope You come back soon!❤️
I absolutely loved the Rabbit Hole. I booked this place for a solo work retreat (I own a couple of my own businesses) and a weekend getaway with my partner in one. This was my favorite short term rentals I've ever stayed at. It's well-thought out and decorated and the host had provided games, firewood, kitchen items, bathroom items, books, a guitar (that we played a few times!) the works! I even found an interesting book on the window sill and I read the entire thing in under four hours. Extremely clean, the host had phenomenal communication, and the location was stellar. I even walked to the Maxwell Falls trailhead twice for a solo hike. Highly recommend this place and I will be back!

Heather,
Thank You so much for being an amazing guest! For leaving the house in pristine condition, for cleaning the fire place the best it was ever cleaned and thank You for being nice and respectful!
You are always welcome back to Rabbit Hole A Frame 💐❤️🐰
Rabbit Hole was a beautiful place for the six of us, myself and husband and my two brothers and their wives to stay while visiting our oldest brother and wife and their kids and grandchildren, in Evergreen, Colorado. We woke up to rainbows and beautiful views of the Arapaho National Forest. A small band of deer visited one morning. We visited here the first of October, so weather was nice and fall colors were spectacular. We think that eventually road up to rabbit hole will be paved and driveway, but if renting in winter months it would be challenging to get to cabin and to park without 4 wheel drive. Other then this aspect, the place was great and well appointed. We had a great stay.

Tourism is my passion. I love traveling and meeting different people, different cultures, where, when I am not traveling, I can meet through hosting! Nature and animal lover! I have a rescue dog named Sunny, therefor, my A frame cabin in Serbia-Sunny_A_Frame.I play the guitar, I lived in Miami before, which I believed was the best place in the world, until I visited Colorado and moved. This truly is the best place to live, out of all places I visited. I own and run small fleet of limo vehicles (Black SUV), in the mountains - we do airport pick ups, Red Rocks concert transportation, Aspen, Vail, Breckenridge...you name it.
