I'm a travel critic. I had a great stay despite a handful of issues that should be addressed in my opinion.1. We came in late, no porch lights on, very dark. Key code entry, but there was also another key box outside the door. I couldn't see the other code entry inside the screen door, was a little confusing.2. There was no plastic garbage liner in the kitchen garbage and none to be found, I ended up using paper bags from the grocery store.3. Main shower handle leaks.4. Hide-a-bed is missing springs on one corner.5. Lots of bird poop on Lanai table, chairs, and floor.Like I said, I'm a critic, so I have to pick everything apart. A lot of resorts are reactive, they only know if something is wrong if somebody complains or a maid notices, but a lot of times owners and maintenance people are unaware. Overall my 85yr old Mom and I had a great time!

The host communicated very well with a guidebook containing all relevant information about how to check in and places to eat and activities available around the area. The unit was clean and the property was beautiful. I loved to pool and all the amenities.

Spacious comfortable condo. Nice pool with adjacent restaurant and bar was also great to have. Lovely views of the fairway of the golf course. Distant views of the water from the bedroom and kitchen. Full size washer and dryer in the unit was definitely a plus.

Great place to stay. We have stayed at Kona Coast Resort many times and this was a great unit. The unit is updated and clean and everything worked as expected. The unit has a fun view of the golf course which provides its own entertainment. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place

My son and I stayed at Kona Coast Resort for 7 days and we really enjoyed the condo we stayed at. Everything was amazing, the afternoons at the Swimming poll/bar restaurant, the facilities are great. I will definetely stay there again!

Great rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property and location to stay at when vacationing on the big Island of Hawai'i.The suite is spacious, clean, and well stocked with almost everything you may need (i.e. furniture, small applicances, etc.We did have one problem while we were there which was handled quickly, efficiently, and above expectations by the renters immediately after they were contacted.Overall, I would rent this property again and highly recommend.

Spacious unit overlooking Kona Country club. Bed was comfortable and unit clean. Access to Wyndym property for pool was convenient. It would be nice to have some patio furniture in addition to dining set. Property management very responsive.

Mostly good. Does need some TLC, i.e, new shower head, kitchen faucet, sink stopper in bathroom, and window shades are missing slats with pieces found in closets.
