Kona Makai 5-202 is a freshly renewed one bedroom condo with decor to enhance your Hawaii vacation! This unit would be most comfortable for a single person or couple, but the sofa has a full queen bed and can easily sleep two more people. The bedroom has a king bed, spacious closet, and has a small outdoor lanai with sitting chairs. Attached is another larger lanai that overlooks the condo complex, is surrounded by tropical vegetation, and has some view of the ocean's horizon. An outdoor table is available for dining and relaxation, as well as a lounge chair. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at your convenience, dishwasher, large refrigerator, full size stove with oven and washer/dryer. There are beach chairs, a cooler, and beach umbrella. We provide beach towels, 4 sets of bath towels and clean linens at each check in. Some basic toiletries, toilet paper and paper towel are provided to get you started, if on an extended stay plan to pick up what you need. Kona Makai 5-202 has everything you need - it's comfortable, private, clean, stylish upgrades recently refreshed, and ready for you to enjoy!
Please note: This complex is in the process of being painted. This unit is located in building 5 and it has been completed. The complex is also having spalling work (repairs to the cement building) done in preparation for painting the ocean front units of building 6.
