Looking for a comfortable home in a great neighborhood with a private backyard and pool close to Sabino Canyon... Look no further! This fantastic home is the ideal getaway. With three bedrooms and two baths, there is plenty of room to spread out. The cozy family room looks out to the beautiful backyard and pool. Off of the family room is the fully stocked kitchen and the delightful coffee bar. In the center of the home is the sitting room with a dedicated work space, making it ideal for remote workers. Also in the center of the home is the formal dining area. The East wing features the two guest rooms with a shared bathroom and the Primary bedroom with its own ensuite bath.

As great as the house is, we know you will actually want to spend most of your time in the wonderful sunny backyard. The back yard has multiple seating areas featuring full shade, part shade, or full sun... depending on the weather. Even in cooler winter months the sparkling pool adds to the restful resort feeling. There is also a propane BBQ for grilling on temperate Tucson evenings.

The home is located in the fantastic neighborhood of Sabino Vista. This central foothills community is close to shopping, dining, and just around the corner from the world famous Sabino Canyon.

Lovely large home with lots of sitting spaces. Great location in the Sabino Canyon area. Backyard and pool area large and relaxing. Very nicely done new bathrooms. Great beds and linens! My only suggestion is the place needs a deep clean. Other than that would definitely recommend to others and hope to book next year

Overall great stay. Any little complaints (had to buy more toilet paper right away as well as salt, pepper, sugar), were overcome with nice surprises (bikes to use in the garage). Needs a remote for tv to change brightness settings. Property manager Nathaniel was great!

Quiet Neighborhood

This is a spacious, older home in a quiet neighborhood near the Pantano Wash trail. It has a large patio/pool area on the south side of the house and a garage. The TV, TV couch and internet were good. The beds, walk in shower and towels were good. We did not care for the sheets. Kitchen utensils adequate for a house that size and dish and laundry soaps and paper towels were provided. The house smelled stale when we walked in, but this abated during our stay. The kitchen cabinet door under the sink gapes open, the icemaker did not work, the Keurig coffee pod you fill yourself was broken but usable with patience, we ran out of propane at the grill halfway through dinner the first night (the gas had not been turned off and a new bottle was delivered in time for dinner the next night). The pool was not clean, and the patio and front entry needed to be swept (maybe a winter thing?). We spilled a diet coke in the refrigerator and in cleaning that up we found the space under the bottom drawer was not clean. In general, the house could use deep cleaning. Many of these things would be avoided with a little more attention to detail.

Great house and location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sabino Vista home. Our other rental was cancelled on us and Nathaniel accommodated us very quickly. The backyard was beautiful with lots of sitting spots for keeping cool, along with the pool. There is a great walking trail along the nearby wash and super hikes nearby. The house itself was nicely decorated, had comfy beds and a real good kitchen and shared spaces. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
