You will love the massive space of nearly 19K sqft that will accommodate your guests comfortably in this ranch style home. It offers so much privacy, space and luxury throughout. Multiple kitchen spaces, private office, lounge rooms and more. Your group will certainly enjoy having their own private bathroom in each bedroom
- Quiet Hours are between 9PM-7AM
- Smoking allowed outside on patio only but absolutely no smoking inside the home
- Do not disconnect cords/cables that are in place. We want each guest to have a smooth TV and connection experience
- Do not leave cooked food out in the kitchen, confetti, glitter, streamers, balloons, etc upon your check out as cleaners will assess an additional cleaning fee
- Leave dirty towels in the bathroom or laundry room for cleaners

Work Retreat

This house literally blew our minds. It is nothing short of spectacular. Our only regret was that the trip wasn't longer, as there were so many different living spaces/hangout spots that we did not get to enjoy on the property during our short trip. The property was a great fit for our team as everyone had their own bedrooms/bathrooms, and plenty of space to work/collaborate together.

Great stay for party

We rented the property for a bachelor party weekend and it went very well. The check-in process was very easy, the property was amazing, and the owner was easy to communicate with. The property had a few issues, but nothing out of the ordinary for a short term rental of this size. I would definitely recommend the property for anyone planning a party or big event.

Undersold and Overdelivered - 10/10

Selected this location for a bachelor party and the pictures truly do not do it justice. The absolute perfect location to host a group of friends for such an occasion. The entire group was perplexed at just how much space there was and how comfortable all 12 of us were. All areas were very clean and check in process was seamless. Host was very responsive to inquiries and made efforts to make sure they were available if we had any questions. Cannot recommend this property enough

Incredible stay with friends and family

We had a fabulous time at this property. The pictures on VRBO can’t even capture how beautiful and luxurious this property is. There was excellent, detailed communication about the property. The property managers are also extremely responsive to any questions! We enjoyed all of ifs features and loved playing games. I highly recommend staying here. My parents also enjoyed their visit, and my mom especially enjoyed the high tech massage chairs. None of us wanted to leave at the end of the weekend. Thank you!

Executive Retreat

Our Executive Team stayed here for our annual planning. There were so many options to meet inside and outside, that it was so much better than being stuck in the same one room at a hotel/resort for several days. It's a large space, but could use a deep cleaning. Property manager responded quickly to any issues we had. We'll be back!

Large and luxurious house great for gatherings

House formerly belonging to a NFL legend. Host is very responsive and accommodating. The house is large and luxurious with plenty of room. The TVs do work for the most part, they just need to be operated via tablets. Would recommend for a great experience!

It was a great experience especially learning who had owned the house. Bedrooms wouldn't cool and no hair dryers. Other than that the experience and "awe" was worth it.

50th Birthday Ski Trip

The house is amazing and really big. So many fun gathering rooms throughout the house. The message chairs, sauna, hot tub, game room, bar, and cigar room was top tier. The fish tank was a wow factor with a real puffer and el!! The host responded very promptly to any questions I had. Now the TV system was complicated for us but when I asked for we got it. The master suit is top tier, well really all the room. If you are looking for a great house to spend time with family and in the middle of everything this house is perfect! We will book again next year!

Nice property but not well maintained

The house is nice and is an okay place to stay with a large group. However, there were a couple of issues with my stay. All of the TVs and the projector on the main side of the house were not working, including the bar and game rooms in the basement. No credit or partial refund was provided for this. Also, I paid extra for early check in, but the cleaning crew was still there and even when they left, it was still dirty (dirty plates in the dishwasher, stains on floor, etc.).

Wonderful home but has issues

The good: The home itself is fantastic and the communication with the property manager was good. Amazing decor and features like the fish tank and Broncos room, master bath and closet and bar that will wow guests. The bad: AC on the left side of the home didn't work, looked like the AC unit froze and was leaking in basement. The security alarm came on at 5:15am and woke up the entire place. (Security alarms should be disconnected at VRBOs IMO) The lights in the master came on 3x during the night. Got a claims notice after for $3500 that the chairs in the main dining scratched the floor. I went back to look (and photograph) and there were no pads on most of the feet of the chairs - they said cleaners should have replaced them? Luckily VRBO insurance covers that. And "feel free to to any liquor there" doesn't mean that. They want everything replaced, which we did. It was a 5 star and a 1 star experience at the same time.

Spouse 60th Birthday

Overall nice stay! The size of home satisfied our group size. I was not happy with a room after asking prior to booking if this room was a kid/child room. I was told no. Upon arrival, the queen mattress/bed was on the floor. Adults DO NOT sleep on the floor for a weekend spent paying 1K plus per couple!! Owners need to replace this bed immediately for the price of the home! We found a plate of food in the stove from the previous guest confirming the cleaning fee charged is not being done properly! It was not acceptable for the management team to dispute the cleaning costs charged to me without first checking my itemized fees charged. There are 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on the same wing as the master bedroom that are not as large As the other bedrooms/bathrooms on the opposite side of the house with the massage chairs. The tablets for the Tabs were difficult to use. A good idea if to add a booklet with instructions and also label the remote controls throughout the house as the previous guests mixed them up causing our group to test all out to figure out which remote control was for which room. Other than that, nice house just need a bit more updates for the price and house size.

Getaway Girlfriends Weekend

We rented the property for a fun girl’s birthday weekend. Pre-communication was good, and check-in was very easy. We paid for early check-in, and everything was ready to go when we arrived. The house is huge and has a lot of features and tons of rooms. The downstairs bar area was a favorite place to hang out, listen to music, play games and relax on the mega sofa. (There were 10 of us and it was super comfortable.) We used the “massage chair” room for morning Yoga and afternoon massages. A few took advantage of the steam room as well. The 2 dining tables off the main kitchen don’t hold 10 people (6 and 8 max), but the guest house dining table shown in the pictures is quite accommodating for large groups. The master bedroom is nice, and the master bathroom is quite amazing. Operating the lights was confusing between the motion detection features and wall tablets. We also had some issues in the guest house with regulating the temperature via the various rooms. (some hot / some cold) Had we stayed longer we might have requested some additional instruction for both the lights and heat. There were a few minor initial issues, but the host was very responsive to my messages. If you plan to cook, bring some basics like foil, zip lock bags, saran wrap, oils and spices. For our stay, it wasn’t stocked with much. If you like to read in bed, bring a booklight as some of the rooms don’t have good reading lights. Otherwise, enjoy. It is an amazing, fun, great place to stay.
