The home was in poor condition when we arrived. A step to the deck was completely missing. The handrail to the downstairs was unattached. The kitchen faucet was very loose. There was no way to turn the light on in the primary bedroom. And most importantly, the refrigerator/freezer was not working. We notified the host and most issues, including a new, working fridge, were taken care of the next day.
