Head upstairs to the spectacular rooftop deck to start enjoying the dreamy location immediately, with comfy furniture, a propane firepit, and sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay, as well as the chance to spot passing marine life like whales and seals in the water below.

The water views continue inside, where you’ll find an open living space with hardwood floors and modern, coastal decor. Step into the full kitchen to prepare a seafood feast, then sit down for a meal together at the large adjacent table. When it’s time to head out, you’ll find lots of ways to spend time outdoors, including nature preserves, state forests, hiking trails, and golf courses. If you’re going to the beach, don’t forget to grab the beach cart to stash your stuff. Local restaurants, shopping, and other amenities are all an easy drive away.

Spend evenings relaxing at home while you stream the latest release or listen to music courtesy of the home’s Sonos system. Check up on your social media accounts with the free WiFi, or grab one of the many board games for a lo-fi night of family fun. End each night back upstairs on the rooftop deck with cocktails and quiet conversation around the firepit as you watch the stars rise over the bay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
