Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Wipe down surfaces. Load and run dishwasher. Broom clean. Load trash into large black bin (wheeled) in garage.
Strip beds pillows and leave linens on floor for used beds only
Throw all used dish and bath towels in the white clothes basket in laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our family runs the rental, and we live about 10 minutes away. We love hosting people from all demographics and geographies. White Horse Beach has always been a very special place to us, and we enjoy sharing the home with others to get outside and take in all the wonderful nature that this coastal town has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Our house is unique in that all of the homes in our neighborhood our new in 2025, built with modern amenities and comforts, but in the classic coastal design. And it’s quiet here. For this level of serenity in a beach neighborhood is extremely rare.
