• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

We do not provide grill as standard amenity in our properties. However, we can rent a grill for your stay - Please, contact us for more information.

9006 Pelican Trace Cove

We asked to have pool heated and it was not. The refrigerator/freezer did not work and all the food was melting/going bad. When we reported, got no one to come out while we were there. There were not enough towels. Carpet and walls were dirty. Light bulbs were out in closets and almost out in laundry room. Not enough utensils and pots/pans.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
House is in a community full of Jews that walk around all night long being loud, throwing water bottles around, leaving empty beer cans and solo cups in peoples yards. During my stay someone came up onto the porch while I was sleeping and rummaged through the homeowner’s belongings and left a res solo cup, an empty 12 pack of beer and a bunch of trash all over the property. The homeowner or person I dealt with was not accommodating at at all. They charge you to heat the pool. They charge you for almost anything extra beyond your stay. There was hardly any room to park in driveway and the community will fine you and tow away your vehicle if you park in the street. The pool screen was torn, couldn’t sit outside because the mosquitos so couldn’t enjoy pool. Considering the plethora of other options available I would not recommend this place to stay.
