We carefully inspected the bathroom following your comments and were unable to find any deterioration, missing non-slip coating, or black residue on the marble-look shower floor. We’re also sorry the pillow options did not suit your preferences; we provide several pillow types to accommodate different sleeping preferences. For future guests, our listing and pre-arrival information explain that guests provide their own paper products, including toilet paper and paper towels. We also provide multiple drinking glasses in the cabinet, with ample glassware for two guests. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue to pay close attention to the details that help our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our kitchen is intentionally furnished with a comfortable, eclectic, homey style rather than a formal matching collection. We do have sets of dishes and replace pieces as needed when items are broken or missing, although we understand that an eclectic style may not appeal to everyone. We provide a few storage containers for guests to use for leftovers, while additional containers or condiments may occasionally be left by previous guests as a courtesy. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will review the kitchen items and refrigerator carefully. Knives can also develop corrosion spots over time, particularly with dishwasher use, and we will inspect those as well. We truly value our guests’ feedback and appreciate the opportunity to continually improve the experience we provide.
