We recently renovated and remodeled almost our entire condo. Everything is new and clean and waiting for you and your family. We have everything you need including great wi-fi, large patio overlooking the golf course, all necessities, business workspace, board games, coffee bar, Pass to Moonshine Beach in season, smart TV, easy check-in, FREE parking, close to everything! This Fall Creek condo comes with access to some Lake Taneycomo amenities including a community marina, fishing dock, and boat rentals (fee based, ex. $5 per day to fish off the dock). The living area has a beautiful new queen sofa bed with a comfortable 5" memory foam mattress topper, a brand new comfy recliner, swivel chairs, a 65" tv, bluetooth speaker and more. The dining area has a beautiful new table that can seat two, 4 or 6 depending on how you configure it. The kitchen has a brand new refrigerator and all of the necessary appliances, pots, pans, utensils etc. Each of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed with memory foam toppers, new bedding special outlets for usb chargers. You are gonna love our place! This property is on the second floor and does have stairs to enter and the second bedroom is upstairs in the condo. This is a non smoking condo BUT we cannot control what people do in other condos in the community. There are smokers in the building. We provide an air purifier to keep our condo smelling good but there is always the chance of second hand smoke making it to the condo.
