About this property

St. Augustine Bungalow

Quiet neighborhood 8 mins from Downtown and 12 mins from the beach at a bungalow that represents St. Augustine living. Great get away for a vacation location with the ability to get into busy locations, but relax right outside. We want to share the love of St. Augustine and want others to enjoy it with our lovely home. This home was built in the 1930's and has been renovated. We are always upgrading and trying to improve the space. It was also part of a movie called Intervenus (Short 2014).

Michael maintains the house very well, and I really appreciate it pet friendly. He provides a useful guidebook both on the house and the St. Augustine area. He is also adding a Gazebo to the backyard which will be a very welcome addition. The location is very convenient to downtown but in quiet neighborhood.

This was a great stay, very comfortable and close to everything.

Kids loved the big yard to play in, adults loved the comfortable rooms, beds, and beautiful dining area. St Augustine was a very short drive away.
