The location was great, right off the beach and in a great spot for restaurants and everything. Tons of sunlight into the house from the windows, huge deck for relaxing on. I was extremely happy with this location.Host was also very quick to respond to any communication.

All was great except would’ve been helpful to have more direction with the parking situation. I kept asking for guidance but no response. We eventually found someone nice enough to help us at the restaurant downstairs. There was nobody at the front desk in lobby til much later after we figured it out.

The property owner was very communicative and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early, which was much appreciated. The building itself is located directly across from the beach and the iconic “Miami Beach” sign, so the location was excellent. The building itself, though, has seen better days. The commin areas on the 4th floor, where the unit was located, could use a thorough cleaning and fresh coat of paint. The unit itself suffered from some of the same fate. A white floor will show dirt, and the direct showed. Baseboards and other areas could use some TLC. The outdoor terrace was huge and quite the amenity. Take care on the floorboards though, in case of raised screws.
