Dirty crusted silverware.Broken barstool.Filthy, stained dining room seat covers. Dirty living room area rug. Cracked tile throughout. Dirty, stained carpets,especially upstairs.Mattress in first downstairs bedroom hard as a brick. Has been for over 20 years. So bad caused hip pain for me & my husband. "Our association" pool no longer has shade. Now has 4 umbrellas that have to be shared with the people eating at tables. One was broken and one had a large roach family living in it. Only one belhop during check-in & check-out.Both times, they were young girls so we did not want them liftin anything heavy so we had to load,heavy luggage and tubs onto the golf cart then up three flights of stairs, then did it all again when we checked out.One golf cart had to be fixed three times. The last time we had to push it back from just outside the resort to coconuts, per the direction of staff. Golf cart wires held together by duct tape, not maintained. If you are going to continue to call yourself a resort you need to keep it up and run it as a resort. Each year service and "amenities" go down. However, JEFF WAS FANTASTIC and so was the older gentleman that fixed the umbrella, he was a marine. I don't know how we've never had the pleasure of meeting Jeff in all of our previous stays. The bar should also have a pick up window since you can't go to just the bar area in a bathing suit.Again, this is a beach resort, we were paying $100 a pop for drinks and got scolded by the not so friendly bartender who kicked my niece out because she had on a bathing suit. It is a beach "resort" we live in our bathing suits.
