This beautiful beachfront house is located on Little Gasparilla Island with three-bedroom/two-baths. It is tucked away, just off the main drag of this quiet, “off the beaten path” island. Escape your busy life on the mainland and enjoy outdoor living space with amazing 180-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your private beach path and shared dock, which is perfect for fishing! You can catch your dinner and come back to the house and grill it on deck while watching a breath-taking sunset.

The house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bath has a walk-in shower and the hallway bathroom has a bathtub/ shower.

Sunset Beach House is located on Little Gasparilla Island, a unique bridge-less barrier island. Here, you`ll find no stores, no restaurants, no bars, and no cars – just pure relaxation and a chance to unplug from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

This house is located on Little Gasparilla Island, which is a bridgeless barrier island that is only accessible by boat. There is not a ferry and you cannot bring your car to the island.

The house has access to a community dock with a 22 foot boat limit

Awesome location and property

This was one of the coolest places my family has ever stayed. Right on the beach. The house was very comfortable and homey with an awesome deck. I would stay again here in a heartbeat and will probably do so.

The Sunset Beach House has unobstructed views of the beach and gulf. The covered deck space with large seating and dining area were perfect for our family. The lounge chairs in the open deck space allowed for sunbathing and dining space provided additional sunny eating area. The inside kitchen table was perfect for our family of 6 to eat and play games. What I found unique to this property was how well stocked the home was. It was really nice to have those stocked condiments, extra coffee filters, even medical kit. The towels and beach chairs were in great shape. The house was cozy but spacious. The location is close to the bay dock but also right on the beach! The owner provided all the information we needed to make our reservations for golf cart, ferry, pizza delivery and Brett’s Taxi service. Do not hesitate to reserve this home!

Beautiful. Peaceful. The neighbors (and dogs!) are incredibly kind. Sunset Beach House is the perfect place to get away and relax! We're already planning our next visit.

Paradise found! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Tasha was so helpful & responsive throughout the process of booking/checking in. The information she provides is comprehensive & detailed! The home has everything you need and more. We were so impressed at how well kept the home is. We were especially impressed with not a bug in the house, which sounds weird, but this is Florida/summer and a lush island. Super impressed. We loved our time and would absolutely return without hesitation! This is certainly a home that conveys as advertised!

We decided to head to the beach before welcoming our daughter in a few weeks. This house was amazing! The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. This was our first trip to the island and it definitely won’t be our last.

View says it all!

At the time we were there this property still needed some fixing from the storms, but still a nice property. Inside was clean, amply stocked-they had everything, and you cannot beat the views. We had our family of four and three or four family members come and go throughout the day. It pretty much had all we needed for a wonderful time on the island. I do think there should be a regular size grill up stairs somewhere on the porch though. There is a smaller "portable" style grill midway on the stairs, worked fine and clean, but would have loved to be able to cook burgers and hot dogs in a bigger number. All-in-all would 100% recommend this property.

Terrific Experience!

The house, deck, panoramic Gulf view. and the private boardwalk to the beautiful beach of Little Gasparilla Island were all truly amazing. The property manager, Tasha, went way above and beyond to make sure the house was ready for our last minute booking. We can’t say enough about how helpful and accommodating Tasha was and we are all very grateful for her kindness and for all of the hard work she put into making our family vacation a wonderful experience. .
