perfect house set up for our group

We had a mixed family stay in the house, the bedroom set up and having the bedrooms away from the main living space was nice for quiet time. The main living room was a little odd as in the photos it does not appear as the pool table in the middle of the space so playing pool and watching tv at the same time was not an option. House lacked a few regular amenities such as dishwashing soap, bakewear, cooking spray and no kitchen towels. Finally the outside garbage cans were completely full the entire stay. House was very clean!

Good, but could be great

The updated areas were great, but there are a few more areas needing updates. The kitchen was updated as was the master bedroom/bath. The other rooms had older carpeting, but would be good for kids. The tv room was nice and roomy, but could use some more furniture. The carpet in the dining, pool room, and halls needs to be replaced. It was stained and a distraction to the rest of the house. The outside needed to be cleaned up after winter and that did not start until our stay was almost over. It was too cold for the pool (nobody’s fault), but the grounds were a mess. Good location and roomy house could be a great place.
