We are close to parks and many great hiking trails. There are 3 new and newly renovated malls, 3-5 star-restaurants, and entertainment centers all within 5 miles north, east and south of us. We are conveniently located near centers and popular attractions throughout LA..

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire house EXCLUDING the garage. Guests are NOT allowed to unplug any electrical appliances or access the locked closets, gas meter or the electric panel.

For safety and security, we require the names of all overnight guest over the age of 13 that will be staying at the property upon booking.

THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AND EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED:
- No drugs or any illegal activities
- No smoking or vaping any products in the house or on the property
- No filming
- No parties
- No Pets allowed
- No unregistered overnight guests allowed

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The may pool may be heated between March and November. There is a fee to heat the pool, the amount of which varies by season. Please contact us for rates and additional information. The spa/jacuzzi may be heated year round at no charge.

To prioritize safety, exterior cameras are installed on the property and are visible:
- One camera in the front of the house
- One camera above the side walkway
- One camera in covered patio ceiling south side
THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOUSE

Driveway and Street parking are available.

NO SMOKING Property: Smoking and/or vaping of any products are NOT allowed inside the home or on the property.

ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES IS SUBJECT TO FINES, CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION AND IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.
