Casa Gracia in the heart of Barcelona

Our new 3 story home Gracia combines the old world with the new to make your vacation memorable. Casa Gracia was originally built in 1915 and remodeled in 2018, leaving the beautiful craftsmenship of the last century such as stone walls with 4m ceilings while installing all the modern luxuries today including an open floor plan with kitchen, dining, and living area that extends out into the garden. The home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 terraces and your own private backyard. Right in the heart of Gracia. The ground floor has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, dining area, living area, and outdoor patio with barbecue. The large open kitchen is designed for entertaining and families with multiple work areas and top of the line appliances to bring out the chef in you. The dining area can seat up to 16 people under a 6m2 skylight for long evenings of conversation and indulgence. The living area has both indoor and outdoor areas that are separated by 3m high glass doors that allow you to connect the entire house with the backyard. The 65 square meter backyard has a patio, barbecue and yard that extends the living area of Casa Gracia to over 150m2.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a master bathroom with an adjacent 30m2 terrace so that you can enjoy the peace and serenity of your morning. The second bedroom and master bedroom are interconnected so that a family can be together yet have their own space. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The third bedroom includes and ensuite with its own walk-in shower and toilet. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a common area and bathroom. All of the rooms have large windows or skylights to allow natural light to fill the home. Above the second floor is a 30m2 terrace that provides views of the neighborhood where you can even glimpse the Sagrada Familia.

Casa Gracia is located in the city of Barcelona in the old town of Gracia. It is a couple of blocks from the Gracia´s main street of Verdi with shops and restaurants to experience. It is minutes from the Joanic or Fontana metro lines so you can explore all of Barcelona on foot. Although the house has no parking, there are public garages less then a block from the house to park your car.
