This cozy, spotless property was the best location I have stayed in. The space is very welcoming, calm and relaxing. Wonderfully set up and with all things needed for a short or extended stay. Made my week away from home and family much easier. Will stay again!

Clean overall, full kitchen very nice. We found bed too hard and small dining table unstable. A grab bar in shower missed and entry to suite a bit confusing as we weren't sure what side of the house the entry was on.

Cozy and clean

Stayed here for twelve days. Overall the stay was great. It was super clean, bed was comfortable, high end appliances, brand new area with lots nearby. However if you are a student needing to sleep early, this may not *always* be the place for you.. bit of noise coming from upstairs… Overall the stay was great but as a guest, maybe note kid(s?) upstairs!

We travel from overseas to visit our family and this is the second time that we have stayed at this property. Owner has been excellent to work with. At first we were hesitant to stay in a basement suite but it has its own entrance and has been very quiet and private, No issues.

Very modern, clean basement apartment.Washer and dryer were an added bonus. However as another senior reviewrr wrote -very high bathtub side to climb over and no safety bar. Also dense foam bed extremely hard. No wash cloth provided so bring your own. Even in the heat, very cool and pleasant. Some early morn/night noise.from above.

Restful and comfortable stay

I stayed at this property for 3 weeks to recover from surgery. The suite was clean, well maintained and comfortable. I was able to relax without any worries. I was close to the grocery store and not far from other retail and services. Getting around the neighborhood was easy and I went on several walks during my stay. The suite was not large—but it was perfect for me. The bathroom and bedroom were both a good size—and I was very relaxed and comfortable. I would stay here again
