We had a great stay! The home was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The host was easy to communicate with, responds immediately to questions and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. Large back yard with plenty of room to sit in the sun or the shade. The location was quiet and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic home away from home

We just left after staying at Ryder’s lovely home for 45 days. The house, the pool, the hot tub and the location are second to none. We enjoyed ourselves so much we’ve already booked for next year. You won’t find a more congenial host than Ryder, always accommodating and accessible. Ryder, the host, was very accommodating. The house was nice and well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table and the fruit trees in the back yard! My little dog had a great time running around in the yard and chasing geckos.

We are the Fasse family (Ryder, Andrea & Noah). We live in Bothell Washington which is a suburb of Seattle. We bought our home is Mesa as a second home in 2021 so that we could enjoy some sunshine over the long rainy winters we experience in Seattle. Our son Noah is 16 so he will be graduating soon. We plan to start spending more time in Mesa once he goes off to college. Andrea and I work in the real estate and mortgage business so we plan to expand our professions to encompass both cities.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we loved the quiet neighborhood. The home is also very near great restaurants, good shopping and many fun activities. Its just a short drive from the old town Gilbert and Scottsdale, along with the Phoenix airport. The home was in immaculate shape from the previous owner so it was absolutley turn key when we purchased the home.
