Please note, this private suite is a room in an owner-occupied home with its entrance via a shared vestibule. Long-Term (30 Day+) rentals only. Renters may encounter others in the hallway, laundry area, and entering/exiting the home. Others live on the same floor. Living space and bathroom is completely private.
