Sunny, clean and close to everything! This lovely 1 bedroom guest house is atop owner's detached garage, with private entrance and parking, centrally located only 5 blocks to Pearl Street and across the street from C.U. and Naropa. A short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery, laundry mat, wine shop, etc... (see photos for adjacent amenities)
500 SF size, with separate bedroom for 2 including queen size memory foam bed, 100% cotton sheets sofa love seat and furnished express kitchen with convection / microwave oven, 2 burner stove, sink, full size refrigerator, sorry no dishwasher or washer/dryer. Full bath with tub/Roman shower combo (please see photo as this is a bit different style and NOT full head height), Smart TV and premium sound with fast WIFI. Convenient and private parking space for one full size car or SUV only, otherwise on street parking - with permit provided upon request. Quiet and efficient wall mounted air conditioning. Building includes fire sprinkler system and carbon monoxide detector. Two bikes, helmets and locks provided. No pets and no smoking.

Well maintained guesthouse near several major streets in Boulder. Within walking distance of several fun eateries (e.g. the empanadas at Ricon Argentina are worth the walk) and close to Downtown Boulder/Pearl Street Mall. The property owner gave excellent directions for finding parking assigned to the guesthouse and was easy to find even though we arrived in the dark. We enjoyed our overnight stay before heading up to RMNP and would recommend it to other small parties.

This was the perfect spot for our long weekend! We enjoyed nearby hikes, along with our walks to Pearl Street. We were there for a concert at Boulder Theatre. The whole weekend was absolutely magical. The space is clean and very comfortable. We loved all of the amenities- like the coffee, tea, and great, smelling soaps! Thank you for hosting us!!

We find Boulder the perfect place to raise our two daughters. People are friendly and the lifestyle is healthy. We never tire of walking to Pearl Street to enjoy the amazing eateries, cafes, shops, and terrific happy hours. The walk along Boulder Creek (4 blocks away) is amazing.
When we are not here you might find us staying at a VRBO. Some of our past times include camping, biking, running, swimming, skiing, hiking, and fly fishing - all of which are easily accessible.
