One of the most beautiful homes in the area, an absolute oasis! Gorgeously appointed 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, large grass backyard / front yard w/salt water pool, and built in outdoor bbq area. Beautiful mountain views, ping pong court and total privacy throughout the property. The main living area has a 60 inch flat screen tv, gas burning fireplace, fully stocked kitchen! Perfect for entertaining! Palm Springs mid-century modern is just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Pets not allowed. Pool heat in Winter recommended, $85 per day.

We live in a quiet residential neighborhood, but it is only minutes from downtown Palm Springs and shopping and restaurants so it’s very convenient

What makes this property unique

The large private backyard is very special, lots of seating areas to lounge in or have a meal and a great built-in barbecue with a bar as well. The backyard has beautiful Mountain views as well.
