Starting December 15th, you can soak in the luxury of our brand-new, hydrotherapy hot tub with panoramic mountain views. Imagine unwinding in the warm bubbles with the breathtaking backdrop of Stratton Mountain, making your stay truly unforgettable.

Revel in the warmth of a crackling fire in the exquisite stone fireplace, perfectly complemented by the sun setting to the right of the mountain. Immerse yourself in the ambiance with a Bose speaker, create culinary delights in the recently equipped kitchen, and indulge in an array of games. As dusk transforms into night, savor the view of groomers by the fire, or choose to sleep in and wake up to the sunrise painting the mountain for a splendid day ahead.

Our neighborhood boasts safety, and the house is strategically positioned only 10 minutes from the heart of Stratton Mountain—an enchanting European-style hub replete with fantastic restaurants and shops. The village rests at the base of Stratton Mountain, while the charming Winhall twin, with its market, gas station, and local eateries, is just 2 miles away. Explore nearby towns like Rawsonville, Manchester, Londonderry, Dorset, and Weston easily from our location.

For winter visits, ensure a smooth journey with snow tires or four-wheel drive, and take advantage of on-property parking for up to three vehicles.

The Space:

- Nestled atop a hill, our traditional chalet features three cozy bedrooms on the first floor and a captivating loft-style living space, dining room, and kitchen on the second floor. Enjoy panoramic views of Stratton Mountain from almost every room. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi boasting a 200Mbps download speed.

- Perched on a well-maintained steep hill, our home recommends snow tires or four-wheel drive for winter travel. Embrace the outdoors on the expansive wrap-around deck with mountain views, a Weber grill, and outdoor speakers.

- Sleep comfortably in two queen-size bedrooms with Beautyrest and Casper mattresses, and one full-size bedroom with a Beautyrest mattress. The bedrooms, each with a distinct aesthetic, measure approximately 11 x 10 feet. An additional Serta queen-size air mattress is available for use.

- The top floor, recently renovated, features a professionally designed living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Ample wood, complimentary, and fire-starters are provided. A dedicated workspace with a comfortable desk, chair, and wireless printer is also available.

- Indulge in culinary endeavors in our fully-stocked, modern kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and a Bosch dishwasher. The new bathroom on the first floor offers heated floors, a walk-in shower, and a new washer-dryer set. An additional renovated half-bathroom with a toilet and sink is located on the upper level.

- Pets are not generally permitted; however, exceptions can be made for small, hypoallergenic pets, subject to an additional fee of $85 per night per pet, with a maximum allowance of 2 pets. If a pet is brought to the house unannounced, there will be a fee of $1,000 per stay per pet.
- The accommodation is designed for a maximum of 6 occupants. Each additional guest beyond this limit incurs a fee of $150 per night.
