This modern well-appointed home is located conveniently in Dorset on a wooded hillside between Route 7 and Route 30 nearby the Horse Show grounds, Stratton, Bromley and nearby Manchester. You'll find retail and culinary options as well. Year-round outdoor activities including fly fishing and hiking in warmer seasons.
Two streams of soul soothing spring water flow from either side of the property. The modern open floor plan layout provides a unique sensory experience. Thoughtful natural landscaping compliments your Vermont experience with a great venue for outdoor gatherings year-round. There is an in-ground pool (summer), Bocce-ball (summer), fire pit and hot tub (year-round) gravel path surroundings.
The floor plan with its contemporary amenities includes a large mud room for skis, boards, boots and gear. There is a large eat in kitchen and dining area. There is also a walkout balcony off of kitchen that one can enjoy the sweeping panoramic views. You will also enjoy a wood stove with a built-in pizza oven.
