"Sunshine Cove" is a perfect vacation spot for families—especially those with young kids! With three young ones of our own, we know all the work and “stuff” needed when travelling with kids! We have intended to provide nearly all the amenities and things you need so you can leave some of the “stuff “at home! See list below! Our house has an open concept living room, dining space, & kitchen. The house boasts a spacious lanai and pool area with plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The pool is heated at no additional charge! The yard is fully fenced in to provide privacy as you enjoy the outdoor space. The garage game room provides lots of entertainment and fun. This house is fully stocked with ample linens/toiletries as well as kitchen items for cooking and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. There is an additional charge of $25 per night per guest over 8 total. There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS—MASTER SUITE + 2 GUEST ROOMS + SOFA SLEEPER (6 Adults & 4 Children):
- Comfy master suite w/King Bed + Workspace + Smart TV. Located on opposite end of the house as other rooms for added privacy.
- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
- Kids Bedroom 2: Two sets of Bunk Beds + Kids’ books & toys (Children w/max weight limit for top bunks is 150 lbs.)

Other Things to Note:
- Guests are given a key code to enter the home. Guests can access all areas of the home with the exception of a few locked owner's cabinets.
- You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached by message or a call through the app if you have any questions or if any problems should arise.
-Our occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. There is an additional $25 charge per night for each guest over 8 total. Additional day guests may visit but need prior approval. Please message us.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the property. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, electronic cigarettes, and of course no illegal drugs.
- The heated pool is set at 85 degrees. Please keep in mind, if temperatures drop below 55 degrees, the pool will take longer to heat up and may not be able to reach the desired 85 degrees.
- Parking is only allowed in the driveway—not on the street. There is space for 4 vehicles.
- Depending on the days of the week you are staying, you may experience general maintenance workers around the exterior of the property that may include: lawn, pool or utility service workers. The lawn is mowed once a week and the pool is cleaned once a week. Please note they have our permission to be there and perform their jobs. They will not need to be inside the home, just outside and on the lanai.
