Overall, would absolutely stay again. The house grows on you and the indoor outdoor living is the main reason for the 5 stars. Caroline was very responsive to messages. The only con is that the King bed mattress was soooo soft that none of the adults could handle it so we had to switch rooms and put the kids in there. Thankfully the other mattresses were very supportive, so it wasn't a huge deal.

We were only at the home a few days but would recommend. The pool and lanai were super, as was the view of canal. Sadly it was too cold when we were there to utilize pool but we spent most of our time on lanai. Kitchen well appointed. Used the washer/dryer. The only thing we would have liked were TV’s in the bedrooms for late night individual tv watching, but we did know from listing that there weren’t any. Good central location for exploring Fort Meyers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

The pool was the reason we chose this place for our trip and it did not disappoint.It was easy to find and Caroline was helpful before and during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with fun options near by for dining. Point 57 and a fun Mexican restaurant called Class Azul.

Awesome family vacation

Amazing family getaway. Beautiful pool and hot tub, home on the canal we even saw dolphins. Great for fishing and even crabbing. Short drive to beautiful beaches and anything you need restaurant shopping ect.Will recommend this place to anyone.
