We were only at the home a few days but would recommend. The pool and lanai were super, as was the view of canal. Sadly it was too cold when we were there to utilize pool but we spent most of our time on lanai. Kitchen well appointed. Used the washer/dryer. The only thing we would have liked were TV’s in the bedrooms for late night individual tv watching, but we did know from listing that there weren’t any. Good central location for exploring Fort Meyers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

The pool was the reason we chose this place for our trip and it did not disappoint.It was easy to find and Caroline was helpful before and during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with fun options near by for dining. Point 57 and a fun Mexican restaurant called Class Azul.

Perfect home for family of 4

We came down here to play in a travel baseball tournament with my 15 year old son. We needed to be able to eat breakfast and make lunches to be at a ball field. The pool gave us the ability to cool off the laundry was key. The home was spacious enough forMy family of 4. I wish there was more than 1 TV and having only 1 key to the house caused someIssues for us as we all needed to leave and return together. We didn’t use the kayaks as there was no rope to tie them up on the dock so I wasn’t sure how we would get in and out of them without assistance. Over all it was everything that we needed and it was perfect.. thank you!

We absolutely loved this property. Location was great. The home met all of our needs and then some. Our children spent 3-4 hours a day in the pool, that was the highlight of their stay.
