Can’t beat location!!! Amazing place, wow wow wow!!!

Wow wow wow, amazing place!!! The layout of this home is so inviting and spacious, and it flows so well! The interior couches and decorations fit the space perfectly. The vaulted ceiling makes it feel so open. This location is so ideal close to everything in Mesa, Gilbert and the entire valley.

Beautiful home in great location

Kitchen is well stocked, and beds are comfortable. I really like the new floors throughout that give it a nice modern feel. Backyard turf and putting green is so nice too! Can’t beat this location given private feel you’d expect from a gated community yet so close to everything needed! The new huge smart TVs and the location were definitely some of my favorite things about this home!

We enjoyed our stay here while we were waiting for our home repairs to be finished. The house is clean and well kept, kitchen is minimally stocked with the essentials and the neighborhood is pretty quiet and felt safe. The couch in the living room is really comfortable too! The host was very responsive when we had questions. The listing needs to be updated, the bedroom descriptions are not accurate with the bed sizes. The top bunk bed is not really usable as the mattress is taller than the poorly installed bedrail. The primary bedroom is a king bed and the downstairs bedroom is listed as a queen bed but is actually only full sized. Main reason for 4 stars is because I think it is priced too high. We pay less to stay on the beach in San Diego. Probably would have stayed another week if the rates were more reasonable.
