Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other rooms have full size bed .There are smart TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " Security system & nice late model appliances will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful & quiet. We strive to provide a nice home in a convenient location while ensuring you have all the comforts during your stay. See all of the reviews over the many years.

Amazing location, close to University of Richmond and great shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog around. Fenced in yard perfect for our dog. House was very clean and well decorated for the holidays, added a lot to our stay. Host very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend this home.

We were going n town for a family member’s wedding. The house was perfect! Location was great btwn the church/rehearsal dinner / reception/ and other family member’s houses. Everything was very clean. Side glass door closer is loose and very hard to operate. Laundry detergent table a bit sticky, needs a wipe-down. These are trivial things but I thought you might want to know. Overall - Excellent !

Terrific location for the entire Metro region.Clean and well stocked with a variety of appliances, linen, towels, kitchen items. Ample private parking .Plenty of interior space, full sized laundry room.4 HD TV's .New HVAC units 2021 Trane equipment.Air scrubber system by Aerus installed 2020. New washer/dryer 2022. Guests have found this property to be a great combination of location, features, value and overall experience. Perfect as a central location for family travel sports events held at area venues. Should you need " local " house during renovations or re-location this house often is the solution and can work with you on dates and long term pricing. Nicely landscaped & great for just walking around the neighborhood.This house has been with VRBO for many years and we have received great reviews over a long period of time.

Close to area colleges. Nice back patio/deck and fenced yard. Private parking and nice quiet area. You are in the city but without the noise and traffic. Spend more time relaxing & less time spent trying to get to your events and outings while in the Richmond area.
