Condo unit 304 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

Great location

We spent a great couple of nights enjoing Traverse City. The lodging was clean and the location was fantastic. The view of the bay from out balconies was amazing.

Great, easy stay

We stayed for one night before a nearby conference. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and stores. The view was amazing. Private beach made for a fun relaxing time!!

Very nice view overlooking the bay. Nice sand beach and pool. The room floor was very dirty evidenced by how black the bottom of our white socks were. Second car parking across the street was somewhat inconvenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and accommodations.

Great property to stay at! We loved the view our condo had two balconies that overlooked the east bay. The property owner sent us a few helpful emails before our arrival with some excellent suggestions on dining. The view and beach were perfect. Location is a bit too far to walk to downtown TC but the free bus line goes right by. We took the bus in and took a LYFT back from downtown. The condo was clean and comfortable. The shower did not have great water pressure. Kitchen is tiny but we hadn’t planned on using it too much so it worked for us.

Quick Weekend Stay

Great location and view. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Our only issue was the bathroom window upstairs, the top sash was sagging and wouldn't latch correctly letting in a cool draft. Not cold enough to be a real issue though.

Wine Tasting Weekend

This was a perfect location. Working with Jamie, both through the internet and in person was truly a pleasure. The condo, while a bit dated, was perfect for our beautiful long wine tasting weekend with our friends. The outside amenities were beautiful with a really nice heated pool, and access to a very clean sandy beach. I would definitely book North Shore Inn again.

The window was broken on the upstairs bathroom so we had air blowing in which made or bedroom hotter. They had tried to tape it up with plastic. They said one was on order, and the toilets did not flush well. The management was very nice about everything though.

We are very sorry about the window issue. It has been special ordered and we are patiently waiting. There is never a good time for maintenance. This was a situation out of our control and we did the best we could to resolve the issue for the time while we wait. As far as the toilets, I did have our maint man look at them and there seemed to be no issues. More than likely not the water flow you may be used to.
