Sunsets Over The Bay! Top Floor Master Suite - Unit 307

Condo unit 307 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

Very comfortable and clean with great views of the Bay. This is an excellent location on the Bay with a sandy beach. Very easy check-in/out as well as on site parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place with private beach and close to everything. Unit was clean. Only complaints I have are the wifi is terrible and had to use my hotspot for work and the outlets in the kitchen and bathroom are not GFI which is potentially dangerous. Overall I would stay there again.

Chris, Thank you for your review. We took over as property managers earlier this year. One of the things we have worked on and need to improve is wifi. Close enough to town, but far enough away from the business of downtown. The front desk staff were very accommodating for an early check in, additional parking for extra cars, and even helped find a lost item upon check out! Great views of the bay from the condo. BFFs Getaway

Just me and my bestie for a late autumn getaway. Nice to each have our own bed/bath/balcony. Outstanding beachfront location. All the kitchen dishes/tools. Super cute decor. Two minor suggestions: When providing soap/shampoo/etc, conditioner is a *must* for some of us. There was one extra TP in one bathroom and no extra in the other….d’oh! Office was closed so we just bought our own.

It was very clean, and the view was so pretty! The room is exactly as described. Everyone we met was very friendly from the hotel staff to the visitors. There were plenty of beach chairs. The pool was clean but not as warm as I thought it would be. We would definitely stay here again.

Jason, We are working on inventory and also updating beds. These condo's are individually owned so it is a process in cooperation. We are switching to King beds on the upper floor in all of these 2 bed 2 bath condo's on the 3rd floor. This is a process but should be done over the next month or so. Thank you for taking the time to review the property. North Shore Inn is under new management. We have been nudging the owners to improve the property on many different levels. This takes time of course. The owners of 307 just had the kitchen redone. It took a little longer than expected so the painting didn't get done. Being individually owned, they are updated by the owners. Many of the condo's have been and are being updated. We hope you'll come back again to see the improvements
