What an awesome property

I rented this property based upon the outdoor shower and kitchen and both did not disappoint. The area around the property was beautiful - my children are runners and they all were able to get in what they called picturesque runs every morning/evening. My husband and I had a few nice walks before dinner as well. Cannot recommend this property enough. We will be back!

We also love the patio and garden, and walks or runs to the beach for a refreshing dip in Raymond's beach. I hope next time you get over through the hidden paths toward the ocean as well, and see Braces Cove, and the retreat house there. Carriage House

This place is absolutely beautiful. It was recently completely renovated - clearly a lot of thought went into the design and appointment of the space. Supplementing the indoor space is a spectacular outdoor space complete with built in grill, refrigerator, burner and sink. The cooking area is covered and there is a beautiful large granite table and a fire pit.The owner and property manager were both very informative and responsive to our needs. The area is very quiet and there are a lot of lovely walks in the area. It felt more like a neighborhood than a typical beach rental. We would definitely come back!

Excellent communication with host. Very clean carriage house, very comfortable with everything you would need - especially in the kitchen. Outdoor kitchen/patio is the reason to choose this home. Eastern Point is a very special place. Walk to local coves/beaches, walk to breakwater and walk to yacht club.
