Summer at its best! A delightful spot near the beach, nice private fenced in backyard, walkable to Long Beach and Good Harbor Beach. We have everything you need to enjoy your summer vacation -outdoor shower, beach gear available. After the beach enjoy the back deck with grill and backyard fire pit.

Long Beach is the closest at .2 miles. Approx 4 min walk. Good Harbor is .4 miles. About 10 min walk

The host was so sweet to leave cupcakes because we were traveling for my daughter’s birthday. The proximity to the beach was great and after September 15th dogs can go off leash on the beach. Also, it’s not a bad drive to visit Salem.

Great week at the beach

This is our second year renting this cottage and it was just as great as last year. The cottage is perfect size for our family of four. The proximity to both Long Beach and Good Harbor make this a great location. Dianne goes above and beyond in making our stay great, appreciate the children’s books and beach toys for the kids to play with. We will be back next summer!

Beautiful home and the most gracious host!

My husband, infant son and I stayed at this little beach cottage as our first getaway together as a family. The place is beautiful - recently renovated and is a short walk to Long Beach (my favorite in Gloucester!) The host Dianne was very communicative and generous - she even purchased an inflatable bath and beach toys for my little guy! 5/5 highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

We were delayed a day due to weather. The host was so generous to offer a extra night, which unfortunately we were unable to take her up on. Over all a wonderful stay. Small toys, books and small dog toy were provided. We traveled with 3 small children and a dog and everything we needed was provided by the host. Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. Will definitely be renting this home again if possible next Thanksgiving. Thank you!

Great Beach Rental

The family and I rented the beach house for a week and throughly enjoyed it. The house was the perfect size for two adults and two young kids and was conveniently located. We spent a couple days at Long Beach (~3 min walk) and a couple at Good Harbor (~10 min walk). The large deck and backyard were additional positives in our experience. We were able to make use of the fire pit and make s’mores with the kids. While the house and location were great, Dianne went above and beyond as a host. In addition to having extra beach stuff available, Dianne also put out books and toys for the kids (toddlers). The additional touches were much appreciated and what make this one of the best rental experiences, highly recommend this rental.

Amazing!!!

I rarely write reviews but felt the need with this property. With three kids in three different states we rent a LOT of properties. This place is PERFECT!! The house is adorable and the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, and a grocery store only a mile or so away. The property owners provided everything we could possibly need, and some items that we hadn't even thought of. The layout was great for two couples with a bedroom on each end of the house, but plenty of room to hang out together in the living room or at the huge farmhouse table on the back porch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area!!

Wonderful vacation!

The property was well-equipped and the location was great. A short walk to the beach and helpful owners made all the difference. It is also a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go!

Great for a small family

Very comfortable property. Small, but very well appointed for a couple and 1 - 3 children. Excellent access to Long Beach, which is very kid-friendy. And to Surfside Pizza and Subs!

The back yard is our favorite and the short walk to the beach. Many s'mores have been made on the firepit. Summer is such a wonderful time to enjoy the cottage and beach. Gloucester is a unique and interesting city to explore.
