This a working homestead. We have chickens, rabbits and goats. In the morning, you may hear the crow of Junior or Roo. They are the resident roosters.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
* We are a working homestead and ask that you respect our grounds and animals. * Animal and garden area areas are off limits.
* We ask that you don't flush anything other than the provided septic safe toilet paper. Please don't flush wipes, feminine hygiene items, etc.
* Smoking, of any kind, in the home will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.

This rental was very clean, very well stocked and had extra little touches that made our stay more comfortable. We enjoyed meeting Mark; he responded quickly to any questions.
