The house was well stocked and comfortable. We loved the outside table space for enjoying morning coffee and watching the sunset. The kayaks were a big hit with the older kids, and we enjoyed many games around the large tables. The host was very helpful with answering questions.

The stay from start to finish was a breeze! Host responded quickly and was most helpful in making our stay a pleasant one. The views from the back porch were amazing! Watching the storms roll in with the sunset was a beautiful site. Quiet location, comfortable home, we enjoyed ourselves completely!

Fantastic time with an amzing view

Walked in to a beautiful house, the kitchen was huge and needs some spices for cooking but the view from the porch was amazing! Sunsets were gorgeous. Kayaks are nice, bedrooms were spacious, updated. Nice place for our family vacation

A Perfect Quiet Stay at the Lake!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental in Big Sandy, TN. The home offered all the modern comforts we could ask for, and the view of Kentucky Lake was absolutely stunning. We loved the peaceful, private setting—it felt like a true getaway, yet we were still close enough to town to easily pick up any supplies. The owner was attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and the house was easy to find. It was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!

Phenomenal views, nice room sizes, kitchen has some essentials and is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The garage was great to have the car inside for loading and unloading. Since it’s rurally located, there were more gnats, spiders and mosquitos, so bring the bug spray. Grill works but it is kind of difficult to get it started since the automatic igniter doesn’t work. Had a small issue with an inside door and when I reached out, Dan was super responsive and had the problem checked and a plan for repair right away!! Photo is a view from the deck. Amazing!

We have really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, easy to find, everything was exactly like the pictures and descriptions. Beds were very clean and comfortable. We loved the view over looking the beautiful KY Lake…Thank You and Can not wait to come again

It was the perfect place for us to house was great. I cook a lot and the kitchen was well stocked and had lots of dishes and pans. Back porch and view of the lake was very peaceful. Will stay again for sure
