From your home base in the laid-back neighborhood of Wallingford, you'll have I-5 access, the University District, and the UW Campus immediately to the east, while Green Lake and Woodland Park are just to your west. North Lake Union, Gas Works Park, and Fremont are also easily accessible from home. Wallingford's lively 45th Street corridor offers lots of local bars and restaurants to explore on foot.
Sleek, all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances come ready and equipped to handle family-style meal planning. There's also a kitchenette in the finished basement equipped with another full-size fridge and dishwasher for added convenience. The main-floor living area comes furnished with a sofa and smart TV for casual home entertainment and the adjoining sunroom makes a perfect spot for some afternoon reading. All bedrooms include a dedicated desk/workstation for remote work or study. The basement and the main house are each equipped with a private washer/dryer. Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the property.
