That Old Florida feeling comes to life in tiny Goodland fishing village, tucked into the eastern corner of Marco Island, and this fun, eclectic two-bedroom home is the perfect launching pad for your adventures. Slip into one of the provided kayaks and explore by water, or spend the day on a deep-sea fishing charter, trying to land the big one. In the afternoon, relax on your front patio or head inside to cool off in the central air-conditioning. If you want to explore, the shops, restaurants, and amenities of Marco Island are around six miles away.
Inside, you’ll find a fun and funky space, featuring an open layout, a full, modern kitchen, and lots of artsy touches. Whip up mealtime masterpieces, grab a seat at the breakfast bar or glass-top barrel kitchen table, then pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. After a day of exploration, unwind while you stream the latest release, upload the day’s pics to social media with the free, high-speed WiFi, or unplug entirely with a chilled beverage out of the wine fridge. Let the washer/dryer handle the day’s clothes as you step back outside for a family barbecue on the gas grill, then call it a night in either comfy bedroom. It’s time to make some memories on Marco Island - all that’s left to do is book.

We thoroughly enjoyed this fun little place. From its eclectic decorating to its Great location on the water, it’s probably one of my favorite places that we’ve stayed on the island. Definitely gives you the Island vacation Feel.
We were in town dealing with family matters and didn't spend a lot of time around the place. Overall was exactly as described.

Convenient to boat launch
The home was very convenient to the boat launch in Goodland. Would not want to stay there for a longer stay or with children. The AC worked great.

Unique property in an eclectic and laid back community. Great location for exploring Marco Island and Naples area. Communication was excellent. Water pressure was better than expected :)
All in all a great time! This location is SHABBY CHIC

Worth it!
Great home. Lived the decor and amenities. Master bedroom was cozy. Only gripe is the ants were invasive a couple times and the house has a strong odor when you first walk in. Other than that I recommend this place.

Loved it.
My boys and I loved this property. We were on a “boys trip” and fished all week. We brought Kayaks and had a blast in the waters. Fishing was awesome. We went in July. Make sure you bring bug spray. The mosquitos and “noseeuns” kicked out butts. It was a great location.
If you are use to the Waldorf Astoria this may not be to your liking but we loved it and plan on returning.

Chill
Great location on the water within walking distance of restaurants with live entertainment. 7 minutes from pickleball courts and Publix and 13 minutes to great beaches. Nice gas grill and appliances. Man cave decorated with character. Fast internet and Roku. Loved the Everglades and big Cypress areas. Recommend kayaking on Turner river. Would go back.

Great location, beautiful sunrise, old Florida vibe. Sunday funday music at Stan's was great.
We enjoyed the Goodland area and the trailer. The decorations are cool, we found new stuff on the walls everyday. I watched the beautiful sunrise over the canal every morning. It is walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars. Be aware you can hear the band from Stan's but they stop early, and there is a box fan in the bedroom that drowned any noise from outside. The only complaint was the place needs a little better cleaning. I'm sure they will take care of that.

Thank you for staying with us, Jeremy. It is excellent to hear that you enjoyed the home and stunning sunrises during your visit. However, we sincerely apologize for any areas where cleanliness may have fallen short. Our guests arriving at an exceptionally clean home is very important to us, and we have followed up with our local team to ensure improvements are made. We hope to welcome you back soon.
The location was perfect for us! We brought a 17ft boat down to take to the islands to go shelling & it was so nice to have it in the water for such easy access. Good food and music closeby. It could have been cleaner RE: the sliders and windows. Furniture is dated & not very confortable. Night 2 the power went out and there was a nice big candle but no lighter or matches. A flashlight would have been nice as well. (we did have the flashlight on our phones). Kitchen was well stocked as were the linens. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Hi Joel. Thank you for your review and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced during your stay. Our local team strives to provide every one of our guests with the best vacation possible and we are so sorry that there are some lapses during your stay. We appreciate our guests' preferences as a means to improve and we have forwarded your comments along to our property management to consider in the future. We hope to host you again soon.
Great property on the water, but renters should be warned that Stan's bar is just across the canal, and the bands are really loud... all day long. The unit is could use upgrades throughout, especially in the master bath and kitchen. The photos in the listing make the space seem a lot newer and lighter than it is. Most screens had holes in them, so fresh air - especially in the evening when the mosquitoes were thick - was not an option. Not an issue in the summer, when AC 24/7 is the norm. But when we were there for a week in February, being able to open doors and windows would have been nice. The walls are plastered with posters and memorabilia and most surfaces hold books and personal items, so that the place just oozes with the owner's personality. For the first few days of our visit, we felt like interlopers.
