Cassie's Cove is a perfect multi family getaway

Cassie's Cove is the entire building which is 2 condo's with pocket door open for a big space for a big family or multi family or even a fishing group. It has a relaxing space under the condo's with fishing the catch and release lagoon, hang out in one of the two hammocks, have a seat at the table/chairs or swing in the swing and in the evening turn on the cool lights and chill.
You will have 2 full kitchens, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 16 .
Three story deck with views of the whole ocean and bays.
Lots of parking space. A short walk over dunes on to the beach.

Amazing

We got married on the beach and stayed at Cassie’s Cove. The house was everything I needed. It was charming and welcoming. Lots of room. I loved the whole experience.

Matagorda beach trip

We had a wonderful time, and the property was large enough to hold our group so that made it special. It is just an older building that isn’t in perfect shape. Guests need to know that it isn’t perfect but we would probably do it again!

Roach infested, dirty, disrepair, a health hazard

This place is filthy and roach infested. It had very few reviews as this owner clearly just makes a new listing everytime the bad reviews build up. 3 inch roach in kitchen drawer as I was putting away clean dishes and a whole colony that would scatter when I turned the lights on in the bathroom at night. Broken furniture, dirty bed linens, and exposed wiring. Truly a health hazard. Emails to property manager resulted in no action and a nonchalant attitude that perhaps my expectations were too high. Gross. My mom ,4 daughters, and I left a day early.
