Your tropical paradise awaits! Custom 6BR/4BA Vilano Beach home sleeps 19. Enjoy ocean breezes from 5 spacious balconies, watch sunsets over the Intracoastal, or relax in the hot tub. The enormous garage is loaded with amenities for endless fun, making this the ultimate getaway for large families or groups.


We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.


Guests will have access to the entire home minus a few locked closets in the living room and garage.


1st Floor:
- Oversized garage / rec room with a pool table, shuffle board table, basketball game, couch, tv, table & eight chairs, fridge.
- Brand new hot tub
- Bedroom #1 with a king bed, sofa bed, tv, & ensuite bathroom. This room is off of the garage and separate from the main living area of the home.

Paradise Palms

Really smooth process getting in. Nice bedrooms and living spaces. Short walk to the beach. Nice to have use of the golf cart. Enjoyed our stay.

Great beach house

My family and I really enjoyed the house. Close to the city and beach made it convenient to split our days at both location. Plenty of space in house allowed all family members and kids to enjoy themselves.

Large, comfortable, fast and easy walk to beach

Just as it was described.Large and spacious so our party of 19 had plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The long counter was perfect for grandkids to sit and eat. Kitchen was nice and spacious. Plenty of tables for eating or game play. Beds were comfortable

Home was beautiful. Very spacious, clean and inviting. We were a party of 15. Living areas very large, large kitchen and multiple well appointed dining areas. Bedrooms comfortable and baths large and well appointed. Play area downstairs in garage area offered multiple activities. Minutes from the beach. We were so impressed. Hosts always very responsive. Wonderful place for large family.

Amazing experience

The house was exactly as advertised and the hosts were extremely helpful and communicative. An extremely easy check in and check out process with access to an awesome beach! This house made the weekend that much more memorable!

Great beach location with amazing amenities

This weekends stay was awesome - we really enjoyed how close we were to the beach and overall the size of the house. The house came with some really cool amenities and when there was an issue with the A/C at the house, the property management team (Rachel specifically) were very accommodating! Would recommend to anyone that is looking to stay close to the beach.

Great for gatherings

The house had plenty of room for all of us and everyone was able to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our family-style dinners. The communication with the owners went well and they addressed any questions that we had. We will definitely look at their other properties.

Family reunion for graduation

Great stay. The only drawback is crossing main road A1A. This road should not be a 50 miles an hour road with the density of population. I would petition the the State highway association for a change.

Great Girls Weekend!

We loved Paradise Palms. It was spacious and allowed each of us to have our own room. The cabinets were well stocked and available beach towels were a nice perk. We took several walks on the beach, which was accessible a very short walk away. We were also able to walk to The Reef and Caps restaurants. St. Augustine is a short drive away and has lots to offer. We took a boat tour, as well as a walking history tour (highly recommend Kevin @ Spyglass Travel). Highly recommend this location for any group travelers!

Beautiful house with great amenities. Lovely furniture, comfortable beds. My family got a lot of enjoyment out of the front porch especially during the rain, things to improve on: 1-Hot tub great but since it was cleaned mid week it smelled strange until cleaned on Wednesday;2- It would have been good to know ahead of time that the golf cart was not drivable to the beach; 3- I don’t recall seeing anything in listing about beach chairs and umbrellas and it would have allowed us to bring less chairs from home; 4- walk to beach was told was 3minutes and that would only have been if you ran all the way without beach chairs and tents,

Overall, our stay was lovely. Family trip of 17 guests (15 stayed overnight). The house is a great size with lots of room to mingle on the 2nd level. It is well stocked with glasses, dishes, and silverware. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and appreciated all of the amenities of the house (note, also a short drive into downtown St. Augustine). I did not have a chance to use the golf cart, but the family did and thought that was a really nice perk to have. The issues we ran into were that the hot tub was not cleaned before our arrival so we didn't get to use it until our last full day and many of the cookie sheets/pans and glasses were greasy, leaving me having to wash everything before use. Lastly, the 1st floor bedroom comes with a very strong smell, one that lingers in your clothes, well after you have left the space. Mildew, mold, I am not sure. Note: towel availability is tight, so plan to bring some as backup. Each person was allotted one towel, one washcloth and there was only one hand towel per bathroom. With 15 ppl using the bathroom on the 2nd floor (that's the floor with the kitchen, tables and sitting area) we had to do more wash than we would have liked on vacation. If you plan to use the sleeper sofas and trundle, maybe bring a few extra blankets or sheets bc we were 1 bed short.
