Clean, nothing fancy. Easy check in and convenient parking. The only complaint was that neither toilet seat would stay up, which was an irritation for three guys!

It is unfortunate that the toilet seats gave you problems but we sent a maintenance person over immediately and resolved the issue. Really, a 3 rating for a housekeeping staff that did an outstanding job...the house was spotless!!??
The host was amazing. The house was very clean and neat. There was a snow storm and if we would’ve gotten stuck the host was going to work with us on staying. The host was so caring and thoughtful. Would stay there again in a heart beat.
The goodHouse was very clean including the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The badThe address is a little misleading because you have to park and enter from the alleyway. It’s not a big deal except for the first time, specially at night. Host was a little slow responding to a concern that was fairly important (both toilet seats would not stay up if a man was using them) they did come over a few hours later and fix them. The old kitchen exhaust fan in the wall was filthyThe exhaust fans in the bathroom were filthyThere are no closets in the rooms (not a huge deal but…) the closets are in the hallway and full of junk and some supplies. There is a hot tub that cycles on and off all through the night next to a bedroom window. The UGLY The beds were very worn out. The shower controls and downspout in the back bathroom hadn’t finished being replaced/repaired and were very loose and felt like they were going to come out of the wall when used. The house has been remodeled a few times and still needs to be finished. It was way over priced for what you get but I can’t blame them for charging what they do since it was graduation weekend. Supply/demand…..The WORST part of our stay was when they came to fix the toilet seats. They WREAKED of cigarette smoke. My wife and daughter had to leave until they were done because it was so bad! I had to air out the house for a couple hours to get rid of the stench. Would stay again but..
The house was clean. Kitchen was sparsely stocked with cooking ability.
Mobility was an issue with one our family members and this house was hard on them. There is a step from kitchen to the living area. The doorway thresholds were slightly raised. For most guest this is not an issue but for us it was definitely a tripping concern.

This is very good information! I’m wondering if this could be improved with custom mini ramps. Since it is a one level house, it should be a good location for wheelchair accessibility. I will definitely look into it. Thank you so much for the feedback. Please check out our other Airbnb’s when you are in the area we enjoyed having you.!
Very convenient to BGSU, Stroh Center, for my granddaughters cheer competition. Property a titch hard to locate, in the dark, since the access to the driveway is accually an alley, then the gravel driveway is off the alley. On the cleanliness; my son had concerns with what he found in the hallway bathroom. There's
"discoloration" running along the base of wall tile & tub.
Wonderful style, room & comfort on bath off kitchen! Could use a few hooks for towels. Disappointed with no instructions for TV. Wanted to watch Browns playoff game. The programming here is only for streaming services, nothing local. Wishing host/owners/property managers would add that information on to their property listing.
